Registration Details
- Every effort will be made to mail your pre-registration badges and tickets if recieved by September 30. Pre-registrations received October 4th, or later, will be available for pickup Friday evening during setup or Saturday morning.
- Drawing rules: you need not be present to win, no admission purchase necessary. Tickets must have a legible callsign or name and address for delivery, if winner is not in attendance. Drawing tickets will be available for purchase during swapmeet hours, $1.00 per ticket.
- If a table is not occupied by 8:30 am Saturday morning, the organizers reserve the right to re-sell that table
- If a purchased table is not occupied, and the organizers not notified, there will be a two year sanction on new tables for that participant
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY (2) PRE-REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS ALLOWED PER TABLE
DURING SETUP; ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER.
